Naruto: New Beginnings
Episode One: Tri-Village Academy: Day One!
Akkii never knew his last name. He knew next to nothing about his parents or clan. All he ever knew was that his father wanted him to become the greatest ninja he could be. His first memory was being raised by ninjas, within the Hokage's own house. When he was old enough, Naruto Uzumaki, the fifth Hokage, showed him the letter his dad had left with him. From that day, he vowed to become exactly what his father had asked, the best ninja he could be. Now it was graduation day, and Akkii was ready to receive his headband and position as a Genin.
“Hello, students.” Sakura Haruno, the ninja who had been assigned to give this lecture began, “My name is Sakura Haruno, but you can call me Sakura. You're all here because you earned the right to become Genin and advance to the next stage of your training. However, some of you have proven TOO good. They will not receive the Genin headband as of today.”
Gasps of indignant surprise began to spread throughout the students. Sakura waited until they died down to continue. “These fifteen will be sent to one final course to graduate with the highest honors possible.” Cheers replaced the moans and complaints that they had earlier expressed. “Now then, graduating at the top of the class, Nankou Feerasi!”
“Nankou...” Akkii's irritated mutter was hardly audible over the roar of cheers.
“Next up, Akkii! Following them, Dentou Lukii! The three of you will be going into the tri-village program! Now, for best Taijutsu...” Sakura's further announcements were lost on Akkii as he pondered the implications.
“Nankou, me, and Dentou...the three best, eh? Well we'll see who graduates this tri-village thing on top!”
